  • Command Context: Quoted spam and not‑spam messages submitted via /spam or /notspam @username may be stored to retrain and improve context rules.
  • No Additional Personal Data: The Bot does not access profile photos, phone numbers, or other Telegram fields beyond user ID and public username.

3. Data Processing & Retention

  • Telegram Events: All new‑member messages, replies, commands (/spam, /notspam) and related metadata (user ID, chat ID, timestamps) are stored indefinitely to support anti‑spam model training, auditing, and export.
  • User Rights: You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will fulfill such requests within 30 days.

4. Third‑Party Services

The Bot uses no third‑party analytics or tracking services; all processing is performed on our secure servers.

5. Security Measures

  • All communication with Telegram’s API is secured via HTTPS/TLS.
